Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hold-On Handles, simply send the product back to us within 30 days (must be in good condition and in its original packaging). You must first obtain an Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning your item(s).Original packing slip or copy of invoice, as well as RA number, must be included in your shipment. Greater Than One Kids, LLC is not responsible for covering any shipping costs.As soon as your product arrives, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price minus shipping costs to your credit card or, if you prefer, we will mail a refund check to you.Please be aware that items do tend to get lost in the mail, therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your product back to us through a delivery service with tracking capabilities. We cannot be responsible for any returns that do not reach us.We can accept returns on web sales only. Personalized/monogrammed Hold-On Handles cannot be returned.

Customers that purchase their Hold-On Handles through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Greater Than One Kids website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the respective entity where the product was purchased.

Replacement Parts:
Should you need to replace any part of your Hold-On Handles unit, Spare Handles and Carabiners (with Parent Strap) can be purchased separately.  Click here to order a replacement part.

EXCHANGES:

All returns of exchanges must receive a Return Authorization (RA) before being shipped back to Greater Than One Kids.  Please e-mail us or call us to receive your Return Authorization.  Greater Than One Kids, LLC is not responsible for covering any shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your Greater Than One Kids Hold-On Handles product for a different design or model, please call for authorization.  All sets must be sent back to us within 30 days and be in good condition and in original packaging.

If you have a product issue or are dissatisfied with the product’s quality, we will replace it at no cost to you within 30 days of purchasing and proof of purchase.  Replacement parts are available to purchase.

When shipping Hold-On Handles back to Greater Than One Kids, make sure to include the original packing slip or a copy of the invoice, as well as your RA number and new product request, in your shipment. As soon as your product arrives, we will exchange your product for the requested product/design and ship it back to you via UPS ground.
